Project Black Star Investigation Update Report – Volume 26 [2016]
Seismic indicators all say that Earth continues moving through the first of two well-defined earth change lull periods for the 2016 Earth Orbit Cycle relative to the inbound Black Star positioned at the feet of the Virgo Constellation relative to the Sun.
Year-over-year weekly seismic values for Week 20 of the 2016 Earth Orbit Cycle are almost exactly the same compared to what we saw last year for Week 20 of the 2015 Cycle across the board. Look carefully at the weekly 6-magnitude earthquake event values for Week 20 through Week 30 for 2015 to realize Earth saw three of these events more than half the time with values diminishing to zero in Week 30, when Earth reached outside-orbit position (O) making the 90-degree right triangle relative to the Sun and Black Star. In fact, Earth saw only two of these 6-mag quake events for the period running from Week 30 to Week 33 of the 2015 Cycle representing the first time only two of these 6-mag quake events appeared in the Seismic Chart for a one-month period. Now look carefully at the 5-magnitude quake events running from Week 21 to Week 24 of the 2015 Seismic Chart and note that the average for this period was below 20 with the lowest value for the entire year coming in Week 21 at just eleven events. My expectation is for these weekly 5-mag quake events to remain in the low 20’s over the course of the coming month, as Earth maintains the appearance of equilibrium rather well through this period. A well-defined pattern is present for the key 2.5 to 4-magnitude earthquake events for Weeks 21 through 24 of the 2015 Cycle with values averaging below 200, which is extremely rare for any four-week period spanning the last five years. Then we see a Jolt Value of 328 in Week 25 beginning a month period (Weeks 25-28) where the average weekly event totals for the 5-mag quakes is more than 300, until dropping off to sub-200 values at outside-orbit position.
My expectation that red values would disappear from the 2016 Seismic Chart is coming true with the seismic pattern stabilizing to reveal a close comparison to what we saw last year, as the tectonic/volcanic pressures continue moving from the Indonesian side of the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire over to the Americas.
Earth saw five new volcanic eruptions this week with two volcanic eruptions in the Philippines and three in Central America where seismic/volcanic pressures are moving north towards Mexico and ultimately the widening California Quake Swarm Area that has become the US West Coast Quake Swarm Area already reaching north to include the bulging Yellowstone Reservoir/Magma Chamber. The interesting quake event for this week was the 3.0 mag earthquake at Old Faithful(USGS) for which the lying USGS has “No region summary available for this location.” New weekly volcanic eruption event values are expected to remain on the low side (0-5) moving to outside-orbit position, when things should begin to pick up again.

The migrating magnetic North Pole has slowed movement across the chart and now trails last year’s position by one day, after being as much as a month ahead of the projected position in the Spring of 2016. My expectation has been that the migrating magnetic North Pole will eventually reestablish a pattern to lag behind last year’s position by the same three days appearing in the Seismic Chart with our two recent Sun/Earth/Black Star nearside-alignment quake events with the 7.8 Nepal Quake (April 25, 2015) and the 7.0 Vanuatu Quake (April 28, 2016) revealing just a three-degree move left in the orbit diagram for the Black Star relative to the Sun. This projection (if accurate) will see the magnetic North Pole cross the -360 line on September 5, 2016 to reach the top of the chart at the 100.00 mark around December 5, 2016. We shall see.

Since we are now halfway through 2016, then this is a good time to note the increasing number of Meteor/Fireball Reports with a value of just 459 for 2005. That yearly value multiplied by almost ten times for 2015, which is strong evidence that we have an interloper/intruder moving through the inner solar system. Note that the total for 2016 has already passed the total for 2012, which will likely set a new record somewhere near 5000 reports of fireballs entering Earth atmosphere.
We are seeing an increased number of reports on training exercises related to earth changes in the News like this one (here) amid concerns of increased earthquake activity in the New Madrid Seismic Zone. The article makes reference to the lettered agencies having evidence of a 20 trillion-dollar catastrophe taking place here in the United States with all the quaking/shaking going on across the once-great nation. My view is that the new round of training exercises is connected to Jade Helm 15 and the Cascadia Rising Exercises, as the dominoes have already been set up with the seismic pressures shifting from Indonesia to the American side of the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire and everybody knows the ‘Big One’ is coming. These exercises have nothing to do with saving US Citizens from catastrophic events. They have everything to do with providing orientation and training for these sleeper elements to rush into harm’s way once the crap hits the fan providing cover for the Elite rushing into their Underground Ark Cities. These sleepers live and work with the Elite and their puppet agencies, but they are not invited to participate in the Rothschild-owned Ark City Program and have been marked for termination like a vast majority of the general population to fulfill the Georgia Guidestone Agenda bringing in the New World Order once the Black Star leaves the inner solar system.
