Project Black Star Investigation Update Report – Volume 45 [2016]
Seismic and volcanic indicators continue to say Earth is moving through the second and final earth change uptick period for the 2016 Earth Orbit Cycle relative to the Black Star positioned between the Sun and Libra Constellation.
Week-over-week seismic event values across the board are within expected parameters with the exception of the key 2.5 to 4-mag indicator earthquake event value that once again dipped below 200 supporting the conclusion that we are seeing a brief pause in the earth changes before what should be the coming seismic storm predicted for the second two weeks of November 2016.

I expected to see an uptick in weekly seismic event values across the board for Week38 through about Week 42 since the earthquake event values were so low moving through Week 35 through 37 that is unusual at this point in the earth change uptick period, but this has not been the case; as you can see by the dropping values.

My prediction that we would see deep earthquake activity in the mantle transition zone below South America came true with this event (link) in Argentina expected to add more energy to the rising magma plume formation running from Indonesia through Fiji pointing to Chile and spreading north through Central America to the southern Mexico border. Note the cluster of deep earthquake events in the Fiji Region (like this one) adding energy to the rising magma blob formation from the Indonesian side of the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire with this activity shifting east from where we saw these events last week.

Then note the tall stack of flags over Alaska and Oklahoma in combination with the lack of activity to the left over at the diminishing Kamchatka and Aleutian Quake Swarm Areas. These are warning signs that the tectonic/volcanic pressure shift is taking place part of the larger pattern of pressures moving from Indonesia over to the Americas precipitated by these deep magma plume formations pushing around the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire. The growing stack of flags at the Alaska Quake Swarm Area can very likely be an indicator that a larger earthquake event is coming on the horizon in this region. One of the highlight earthquake events for this week took place in Oklahoma (story) where in the article you can see scenes of people running around amid evacuations like we have seen now for years from locations around the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire that is also a preview of what is coming to the United States predicted for later in the timeline.

Earth saw six new volcanic eruptions this week with weekly values climbing higher as expected moving towards the peak of the current earth change uptick period. Remember that we saw 9, 7, 8 and 9 new weekly volcanic eruption events for the month of April, when Earth passed between the Sun and Black Star. Earth typically sees the highest number of new volcanic eruption events for the weeks around the nearside and backside alignment quake events with the minimum values coming near outside-orbit position, when Earth moves into the 90-degree triangle position on the winter and summer sides of the solar system from our northern hemisphere perspective. The high number of new volcanic eruption events in combination with decreasing seismic values represent an indication to me that more and more energy from the deep quake events is being stored in the rising magma plume formations for release later in the timeline and perhaps even moving through the two uptick periods for the 2017 Earth Orbit Cycle with the first one beginning around the middle of February 2017, when Earth begins the move towards the Black Star in natural movement around the Sun. The magnetic North Pole migration chart was not updated on the Wizaurad.com website hindering my ability to make comments in this update report.
