Project Black Star Investigation Update Report – Volume 49 [2016]
Seismic indicators all say Earth continues moving through the second and final earth change lull period for the 2016 Earth Orbit Cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the Libra Constellation relative to the Sun.
Year-over-year weekly seismic values for 2014-2016 look very similar for the 5 and 6-magnitude earthquake events for Week 43, but we see no 7-magnitude earthquake events and a lower-than-average value for the key 2.5 to 4-magnitude earthquake events expected to bounce higher for Week 44. The L for Week 43 of the 2016 Orbit Cycle signifying the current earth change lull period earned a red value, because the lull period arrived almost two weeks earlier than expected based on seismic data accumulated since this investigation began in January 2011. Even a quick look at the bottom of the growing 2015/2016 Seismic Chart reveals that seismic values are dropping across the board as predicted with the earth change uptick peak appearing in Week 41 likely to the dismay of some physicists helping me behind the scenes in the solar system harmonics department suggesting that the earth change uptick period would continue through the month of December 2016. The sub-200 value for the 2.5 to 4-magnitude indicator earthquake events points to a bounce in seismic values expected for Week 44, as this very-low reading is an indicator that Earth core is cooling and at the same time seeking ways of maintaining equilibrium. The twenty-one value for the 5-magnitude earthquake events is very near the weekly average down from forty nine events just two weeks ago, when the earth change activity peak was reached in Week 41. Do not be surprised to see both of these values bounce through the coming weeks, until we see sub-20 values for the 5-mag quakes and sub-200 values for the 2.5 to 4-mag quake events come together in the middle of February 2017; when the next earth change uptick period is expected to begin.

Earth saw five new volcanic eruptions this week, which sounds rather high moving through the current earth change lull period; but you should realize Earth is still much-closer to the recent earth change uptick period peak than the end of the current lull period. The locations of these new volcanic eruption events help to tell the story of what is going on deep inside of our planet within the Earth mantle transition zone where the deep magma plume activity pushes around the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire (see Volume 28) from Indonesia through Japan/Kamchatka to Alaska to the north moving from Indonesia across through Fiji to South America and pushing north into Mexico. The deep magma plume formation has become a gigantic reservoir storing energy from the combined deep earthquake activity in Earth mantle transition zone contained within buoyancy barriers that are tested through the earth change uptick period.
Imagine this deep magma plume formation appears like a deep/subterranean horseshoe with and arm reaching from Indonesia up to Alaska (northern magma plume wave) and across the Pacific Ocean toward Chile reaching north up to Mexico (southern magma plume wave). The deep magma pressures intensify gaining momentum through the uptick periods to reach a climax in Week 41, but then begin a steady retreat to the Indonesian Origination Zone where activity intensifies to start each earth change uptick period and to intensify again once these pressures begin backtracking into the region. The deep seismic/volcanic pressures that were pushing towards Alaska and Mexico just weeks ago are retreating through Russia towards Japan and the Philippines from the north and from Mexico down through Central America through Peru to the Chile/Argentina border moving south. These deep seismic/volcanic/magma-driven pressures will retreat to Indonesia like reverberating waves moving along these buoyancy barriers creating new volcanic eruptions following this pattern that has already started through the current earth change lull period for the activity to intensify again pushing around the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire from the middle of February into May 2017 through the coming earth change uptick period.

The migrating magnetic North Pole made a big move this week that is almost twice the distance we saw for last week reducing the 12-day differential to just over one week, depending on the move we see for the coming week. Acceleration of magnetic North Pole migration is expected, as the Earth moves out from behind the Sun moving towards the magical 90-degree position relative to the Sun and Black Star allowing the Black Star to have more influence especially through the coming earth change uptick period. We are keeping a watchful eye
on magnetic North Pole migration patterns for making application to what we see in the growing Seismic Chart regarding the all-important 12-day differential period between the nearside and backside-alignment quake events for indications that the 188-day cycle is still in play for determining the date of the coming nearside-alignment quake event currently expected to take place on May 2, 2017 that can change once new input data becomes available for the predictive modeling.
