Project Black Star Update Report – Volume 7 [2017]
Seismic indicators say Earth has reached the end of the 2016 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned firmly in the center of the Libra Constellation relative to the Sun.
Year-over-year weekly seismic event values show that earthquake events across the board are within expected parameters with a very low value for the key 2.5 to 4-magnitude earthquake events at just 166 for Week 53.

We will hold off placing the “O” (outside-orbit position) in the 2015/2016 Seismic Chart, until we can confirm Earth has indeed moved into the anticipated earth change uptick period that begins the 2017 Earth orbit cycle; which I firmly believe will begin right on schedule. Remember we are dropping Week 54 from the 2016 Earth orbit cycle allowing for the 2-day differential, because the 188-day cycle adds 12 days to each calendar year; while adding two weeks (1-54) adds 14 days forcing us to remove one week from the seismic charts about every three to four years. You can already see signs that we are right on the threshold of starting the 2017 Earth orbit cycle with a small bounce in the 5 and 6-magnitude earthquake events and we already see about a half dozen earthquake events on EQuake3D with epicenters deep in Earth mantle transition zone. This marks the time that we keep our eyes focused on Indonesia and the surrounding areas for larger and deeper earthquake events that add energy to the growing magma plume formation expected to test the terminal ends of the formation near Alaska/Cascadia Subduction Zone (Arm #1) and off the coast of Mexico (Arm #2) and the Gibraltar region (Arm #3) and off the coast of northwestern Africa (Arm #4); expected to collide with the terminal end of Arm #3 coming from the east later in the timeline.
The second important region to focus our attention is from Indonesia up through the Philippines and Japan pushing towards Kamchatka where increasing seismic/volcanic activity pressures in Indonesia spreads counterclockwise around the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire marking a very clear pattern, as Arm #1 of this massive/deep magma plume formation is the shortest of the four. This means energy added to the deep magma plume reservoir will reverberate and reach the formation terminal end in rapid fashion compared to the other three magma plume arms that reach out from Indonesia to now circle the entire globe like a giant four-armed octopus created by the deep magma plume corridors contained within the buoyancy barriers. Earth saw four new volcanic eruptions this week with focus on activity in the Aleutians associated with magma plume formation Arm #1 with reverberating magma plume waves shifting between Indonesia and Cascadia pushing the magma plume horn formations upwards where the shifting magma is finding pressure relief in the regional volcanoes. The magma plume formation Arm #3 has retreated backwards from Gibraltar towards Indonesia with the current terminal end location in the area between France and Italy giving France a new volcanic eruption this week with those seismic/volcanic pressures expected to extend through Gibraltar to the Mid-Atlantic Ridge moving through the coming earth change uptick period. Watch for the deeper earthquake events to shift from Indonesia over to South America at some point in the early stages of the coming earth change uptick period allowing us to monitor the earth change pattern, as these deeper quake events shift north through Central America and into Mexico moving through April and May 2017. Knowing when these deep quake events shift from Indonesia into South America will give us some idea on how far north that pressure will push through the coming earth change uptick period also giving us an indication on when the Arm #2 terminal end has a chance to collide with Arm #1 pushing south from Cascadia to the US West Coast. The chances are high that we will see warnings coming out of Arizona and the Canadian West Coast moving through April into May and June 2017 with this region being in the eye of the coming seismic/volcanic storm once these two magma plume formation terminal ends eventually come together and break the buoyancy barriers.

The migrating magnetic North Pole continues trailing last year’s position by the same 12 days we have seen for the last nine months or so making me believe this pattern is locked in for the duration. The leading explanation today is that the Black Star made magnetic portal connection to our planet in the early 2000’s for the Chandler Wobble and Schumann Resonance to change patterns in 2004 and 2005. This marks the time that the northern ice sheets began depleting rapidly, as Earth metals translated Black Star solar redirected electromagnetism to heat energy through the induction process based upon Earth metal/salt distribution heating up the northern ice sheets more rapidly than those in Antarctica. Depleted northern ice sheets then reduced polar drip causing ocean conveyor disruption leading to jet stream fluctuations and super storms, floods/droughts becoming more regular all the time with each passing year. The Black Star is wrestling the Sun for Earth magnetic polarity control making our planet ‘bipolar’ and giving the Black Star more influence on Earth magnetic North Pole from nearing proximity. Remember that this aspect of the predictive modeling says Earth is vulnerable to a Black Star/magnetically-induced geological pole shift around May 20, 2017, while the Binary Star Magnetic Repulsion Model says Earth will see another nearside-alignment quake event in the first week of May 2017 giving us another orbit cycle relative to the Sun for 2018.

All Committee Members participating in the land purchasing phase of the operation will have first choice of locations on our staging area property for making improvements on their personal staging area parcel based on each member’s level of support with the option to participate in joint-venture activities for the duration on our staging area property.
