Terral’s Project Black Star Update Report 2017 – Volume 30
Seismic and volcanic indicators say Earth is moving towards the end of the first earth change lull period of the 2017 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the Libra Constellation between Jupiter and Saturn relative to the Sun near Mars orbit path.
Like last week, the 2.5 to 4-magnitude earthquake events for Week 23 shows the highest value we have seen for the last four years where the weekly average is around 200. Three of the 6-mag quake events for Week 23 is the same value we have seen now for three years in a row.
Earth finally saw a 7+ magnitude earthquake event in Week 23 (story) ending the 24-week period (177 days) that our planet saw none of the large-mag quake events. The last 8+ magnitude earthquake event came with the 8.3 Chile Earthquake (USGS) from September 16, 2015, or 681 days (97 weeks) ago. Earth should see seventeen of the 7-mag quake events each year and one of the 8-mag quakes (info) suggesting that a large-mag quake event is long overdue. The interesting fact associated with the 8.3 Chile Quake is that Earth saw zero of the 6-mag quake events for five weeks following that event providing strong evidence that a global seismic/volcanic-dynamic shift has taken place, which the research suggests is connected to the deep magma plume formation growing in the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire. Earth has seen five earthquake events in Earth mantle transition zone in the last seven days. Dutchsinse reported on a Middle East earthquake event at 750 kilometers deep (Youtube), but so far that story and related claims have not been verified using major seismic-reporting agency sources.
The 30-day forecast is for reduced global earthquake activity across the board with a pair of sub-20 values for the 5-mag quake events, and a pair of sub-200 weekly values for the 2.5 to 4-mag quake events around the end of August 2017. A big seismic bounce is expected moving through September 2017 with a couple of 7-mag quake events with a mini-lull period coming in October 2017. Then, we will likely see the biggest seismic events of the year coming in the final two weeks of November 2017, as Earth passes behind the Sun relative to the Black Star. If Earth follows the 2016 seismic pattern, then reverberating deep magma plume waves in Earth mantle transition zone will generate a seismic bounce in weekly values moving through December, even though the final earth change lull period of the 2017 Earth orbit cycle is scheduled to begin in the third-to-fourth week of November. The wild card (gamechanger) will be in the number of deep earthquake events in Earth mantle transition zone where a lower weekly-event values will see the reverberation scenario subside, while higher weekly-event values will provide the appearance of an extended earth change uptick period shifting later into December 2017. Either way, seismic values across the board will reach a minimum moving towards the end of February 2018, when Earth reaches the 90-degree position relative to the Sun and Black Star to begin the 2018 Earth orbit cycle.

Earth saw four new volcanic eruptions this week with focus on deep magma plume activity along magma plume arm #2 extending from Indonesia towards Chile turning north where the formation terminal end is currently retreating from the southern Mexico west coast towards South America. My expectation that we would see a new volcanic eruption event along the Chile-Argentina border has already happened earlier than expected, which represents more evidence that the formation terminal end is shifting south moving through the current earth change lull period. This is the first week in some time that we have seen no new volcanic eruption events along deep magma plume corridor #1 extending from Indonesia up through Japan, Kamchatka and the Aleutians. My expectation is that we will see only one or two new volcanic eruption events moving through the last two weeks of August 2017 with a volcanism bounce coming in September in combination with the anticipated seismic bounce.
The forecast is to see more 7+ earthquake events in the month of September and the last half of November 2017 than the rest of the year combined. Earth passed between the Sun and Black Star on May 9, 2017 and has been moving away from the Black Star in natural orbit around the Sun causing the Black Star/Earth magnetic portal connection to lengthen, thereby reducing Black Star electromagnetic potential, because connection internal conduits are switching from active to passive state. Earth turns around in orbit to cross through Black Star headlights moving through September giving our plant a big electromagnetic jolt increasing new volcanic eruption events and seismic events, as the global seismic/volcanic dynamic is becoming more intertwined with each passing Earth orbit cycle. Seismic pressures that have built up moving through the longest earth change lull period of the cycle are released over a short period producing the mini-lull period for October where things settle down to pick up later in the timeline, as our planet moves behind the Sun relative to the Black Star where solar system harmonics play a major role in producing big seismic events in late November.

The magnetic North Pole continues migrating ahead of the 2015 and 2016 position, by an average of about 12 degrees, while trailing the 2013 and 2014 average position, by the same 12 degrees. The magnetic North Pole appears to be tracking back towards the 2015 migration path and along a steep angle that we have seen in August for the last two years. Where there is still insufficient evidence for drawing definitive conclusions, the 377-day cycle we saw for nine months last year has changed into a 355+ cycle, as we continue monitoring magnetic North Pole migration movement in search of a new migration pattern. My feeling is that Jupiter in combination with Saturn, straddling Black Star position relative to the Sun, is having a large impact on solar system harmonics causing the magnetic North Pole to race head of the projected positions based upon the historical data.
