Drone Footage Shows Possible UFO Leaving a Mountain in Sweden

A video taken in the Swedish mountains in June 2019 shows what appears to be a UFO leaving the mountains.

The strange UFO is not the only oddity in this video. At around the 2:25 mark, there is a bizarre vibrating interference which can be seen just as the UFO appears. Might this me some extremely advanced military technology, just some weird weather phenomenon, or are we witnessing alien technology at work?
