White Haze Covering Earth Seen from ISS – L.A. City Streets Coated in White Material

If these two event are related then the laying of this white material is sure to make a noticeable difference to the climate if ISS camera pick up such a drastic visual effect, I personally don’t think they are related.

The video starts off talking about the white stuff they used in the streets of L.A. to bring the temperatures down and then following that you will see the white ‘cocoon’ that covered the planet.
