Earth’s Magnetic Field Reacted to a Mysterious Cosmic Event

MrMBB333 discussed the occurrence of a rare cosmic vent which seemed to have resulted in some strange happenings with the earth and the weather.

He wondered if the very near linear planetary alignment between Earth, Jupiter and Pluto might have had something to do with the strange event.

Some left comments about hearing loud booms or strange noises on the same night.

I personally heard a deep hollow boom myself (not very loud but easily heard), kind of hard to explain the sound, though not sure if it had any connection to this strange cosmic event.
