Mystery Continues to Surround Flight MH370 as Report Data Appears to Have Been ‘Modified’
The fate and disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 has been an ongoing and currently still unsolved mystery. Just recently (In July) a final report was published on the incident, now it seems that there are suspicious ‘doings’ in regard to the report.

There is growing evidence to suggest that the final report in the MH370 case contains incomplete data logs.
Exactly what happened to Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 after it took off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport on March 8, 2014 still remains one of the most enduring mysteries in aviation history.
Back at the end of July, authorities in Malaysia published a final report on the case in which they admitted that they were “unable to determine the real cause for the disappearance of MH370”.
Since then however, an independent investigation by a group of experts has highlighted discrepancies in the data suggesting that it is incomplete and that it may have even been tampered with.
According to group leader Victor Iannello, “anomalies” have been found in the logs detailing the communication between the MAS Operations Dispatch Center and the service providers that route messages as part of the Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System.
One message in particular – which was classed as urgent and was resent multiple times – has the wrong time on it, suggesting that either the text is wrong or there are missing entries.
“It is disappointing that more than four years after MH370’s disappearance, we are still asking Malaysia to release withheld data,” Iannello wrote.
“The anomalies suggest the traffic logs appearing in the reports are not complete, and what appears in the reports has been modified.”
“It is important that Malaysia provide a complete, unmodified log of all ACARS communications on Satcom, VHF and HF paths. This is significant in light of questions surrounding the delayed response of Malaysian authorities after MH370 went missing.”
