Project Black Star Update Report – Volume 8 [2017]
Seismic indicators across the board all say Earth has reached the magical 90-degree angle position relative to the Sun and Black Star to begin the 2017 Earth orbit cycle placing the Black Star firmly in the center of the Libra Constellation relative to the Sun.
Year-over-year weekly seismic values are all within expected parameters showing we have reached the bottom of the seismic activity to begin the predicted earth change uptick period expected to run through May 2017. The data also indicates that the right move was made in removing Week 54 from the 2016 Seismic Chart due to the earthquake event tracking method of adding two weeks (14 days) to each calendar year, when in reality the 188-day cycle requires subtracting about 1.5 days from the calendar year for maintaining accurate predictive modeling. Week-over-week seismic values were all reduced to lower levels across the board, with the exception of the 2.5 to 4-magnitude indicator earthquake events that remain well below the 200-event mark; which is typical when Earth reaches outside-orbit position to begin the next Earth orbit cycle relative to the inbound Black Star. The key earthquake event for the week took place in Bolivia (USGS + my video report) where the 6.5-mag quake event struck almost 600 kilometers below the surface representing a disturbing pattern, as this anticipated event has taken place about a month ahead of schedule indicating that the deep magma plume formation is already expanding as we speak at the very start of the 2017 Earth orbit cycle. This deep earthquake activity is expected to shift north into Central America and then Mexico with sights on the US/Canada West Coast later in the timeline, as the terminal end of the deep magma plume formation arm #2 is expected to push north and collide with magma plume arm #1 pushing south through the Cascadia Subduction Zone.
Larger and deeper earthquake events should make their way from Indonesia north through the Philippines, Japan, Kamchatka into the Aleutians and Alaska, as the deep magma plume activity within magma plume arm #1 intensifies pushing and testing the terminal end with the rebounding magma plume waves pressurizing the massive horn formations causing magma uplift/displacement and a series of new volcanic eruption events along the buoyancy barrier corridors. The area between Indonesia and the northern regions of the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire generally show signs of deep magma plume activity intensification early in each earth change uptick period, because deep magma plume arm #1 is the shortest of the four arms reaching out from Indonesia like a giant four-armed octopus putting a stranglehold on our planet deep inside Earth mantle transition zone dramatically changing the tectonic/volcanic dynamic around the entire globe over the last two years or so. Watch the deep magma plume pressures intensify from Indonesia across Nepal and southern Europe to push the deep magma plume terminal end through the Gibraltar region to the mid-Atlantic Ride in the weeks to come, as the earth change uptick period gathers steam and momentum. We should monitor the global earthquake events very carefully for indications of patterns emerging with the deeper events ranging from 410 to 660 kilometersbelow the surface, because these quake events add energy to the expanding magma plume reservoir storing enormous amounts of energy to be released later in the timeline once the magma plume terminal ends collide to break the buoyancy barriers sending glassy-type magma to the surface with the potential to cause massive crustal displacement of Biblical proportions.

Earth saw five new volcanic eruptions this week with the Chile-Argentina and Guatemala quake events being associated with deep magma plume arm #2 reaching from Indonesia across the southern Pacific Ocean towards Chile and turning north where the current terminal end location is off the coast of Mexico with every intention of pushing north to the US/Canada West Coast later in the timeline. The new volcanic eruption event in France is associated with deep magma plume arm #3 where the terminal end has backtracked from Gibraltar back towards Indonesia moving through the recent earth change lull period that is now being tested by reverberating magma plume waves originating in Indonesia rebounding back and forth within the buoyance barrier corridor raising the magma plume horn formation in that region causing upper-level magma displacement where the magma is finding pressure relief from the regional volcano. The migrating magnetic North Pole continues trailing last year’s position by the same 12 degrees found in the Black Star Event Timeline (from terral03.com) where the 188-day cycle has been in place for the last decade. This 12-degree differential represents another disturbing sign that the 188-day cycle has been in effect from the beginning and pointing to a Black Star/Earth crossing event on May 20, 2017 that is exactly 188-days from the recent backside-alignment quake event from November 14, 2016 raising my concern levels that Earth may very well be vulnerable to a Black Star/magnetically-induced geological pole shift around the 20th of May 2017.
Another story that we are wise to follow closely concerns the recent avian flu outbreak (story and video) that can easily be part of the Elite Fail Safe Plan. We should realize that the Elite may already have the mutagen needed for changing the current avian flu strain into a super strain (article) creating a global pandemic leading to quarantines, roadblocks and Martial Law. This story was just released (here) entitled “Avian Flu Mutation Detected: CDC” that hopefully is not a foretelling of what is coming next, but again, we are wise to pay careful attention always on the lookout for signs that the Elite Fail Safe Plan has been initiated.
