Terral’s Project Black Star Update Report 2017 – Volume 21
Seismic, volcanic and magnetic North Pole migration indicators say that Earth has passed the peak of the first earth change uptick period of the 2017 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the Libra Constellation between Jupiter and Saturn relative to the Sun near Mars orbit path.
Year-over-year weekly seismic event values show that Earth is following the 2016 seismic pattern very closely with only one earthquake event of more than 6 magnitude in the last seven-day period. In fact, the total number of USGS reported quake events at 246 is the lowest weekly value that we have seen for the last four years running for Week 14.
Weekly seismic event values have dropped across the board indicating that Week 13 represents the high-water mark pointing to one of the large 6-magnitude earthquake events from Week 1 being our Nearside-alignment Quake Event placing the “N” in Week 13 for the 2017 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star. My expectation is for weekly seismic event values to bounce up and down with the trend pointing downward to the end of August 2017. Do not be surprised to see sub-20 values for the 5-magnitude quake events and sub-200 values for the 2.5 to 4-mag indicator quakes, as Earth moves away from the Black Star in natural orbit around the Sun for the Black Star/Earth magnetic portal connection to lengthen reducing Black Star electromagnetic potential for the coming three months. Remember also that the only 7-magnitude quake event for this year in Week 11 was downgraded to a 6.8/6.9 by the USGS, which means officially Earth has not seen a 7-mag quake event for the last sixteen weeks part of a trend that can easily continue through the coming summer months.
Earthquake events and magnitudes are decreasing with each Earth orbit cycle for three primary reasons. First, Jupiter is closing in rapidly on Black Star position relative to the Sun shortening the Black Star/Jupiter magnetic portal connection causing a higher percentage of internal conduits to switch over to ‘active’ state with each disconnection and reconnection on regular cycles. This means Jupiter is receiving the lion’s share of Black Star redirected solar electromagnetism along with Saturn, as the two largest planets in our solar system are currently located in the same quadrant of the solar system. Secondly, Earth crust is becoming more flexible/malleable, as our planet expands and contracts with each earth change uptick and lull period helping Earth maintain the appearance of equilibrium. Thirdly, the enlarging deep magma plume activity limited to the Pacific Ocean/Ring of fire in previous years has spread to encompass the entire globe changing the tectonic/volcanic dynamic, by causing our planet to grow in diameter separating the tectonic plates and limiting the opportunity for building tectonic pressures.
Earth crust was relatively rigid in 2004, when the 9.3 Sumatra Quake Event struck on December 26th like in 2010 with the 8.8 Chile Quake from February 27th and in 2011 with Fukushima on March 11th all on the Black Star Event Timeline representing nearside-alignment quake events. However, the magnitudes of these events have steadily dropped with the 7.8 Nepal Quake from May 25, 2015 and the 7.0 Vanuatu Quake from May 28, 2016, until now we see a large 6-mag quake representing our nearside-alignment quake event for 2017. This means that the trend moving forward for most of the planet is for smaller-magnitude quake events in general. However, areas like the Cascadia Subduction Zone are becoming more vulnerable to the ‘Big One,’ as the tectonic plate cascade/separation scenario continues with more and more earthquake activity taking place along the line between Texas and Cascadia for the US West Coast. The danger associated with the current seismic/volcanic trends is that many people will be lulled to sleep in thinking that the threat is not real, as the deep magma plume formations enlarge below the surface for all of that stored energy to be released once the buoyancy barriers are breached later in the timeline.

Earth saw just four new volcanic eruption events this week on the lower end of the scale with primary focus on volcanic activity along magma plume arm #1 extending from Indonesia north through Japan, Kamchatka, the Aleutians and over to Alaska that has been our focus area now for some time. My suspicion is that the deep magma plume formation terminal end has already pushed south below the Cascadia Subduction Zone evidenced by the increase in moderately-sized earthquake events, as what was the Baja California Quake Swarm Area continues proliferating/enlarging to the north. The evidence indicates that optimum seismic/volcanic environmental conditions are being created in the Cascadia Subduction Zone region for what could be a catastrophic quake event with the potential to have great impact on everyone living near the Pacific Ocean.
There are many News articles in this newsletter about the increasing earthquake/volcanism threat, as seismic/volcanic pressures are shifting from Indonesia around the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire expected to converge along the US/Canada West Coast. Anyone living in the USA west of the Rocky Mountain Ridge should be paying careful attention to these warnings coming from a wide-range of sources, because the threat is real and you are wise to prepare against SHTF scenarios.

Earth magnetic North Pole has increased forward velocity to match last year’s position to create a zero-degree differential, which is the first time this has happened since the investigation began in January 2011 to my knowledge. My feeling is that Jupiter and Saturn are playing roles in influencing solar system harmonics in combination with Black Star leftward movement in the orbit diagram/solar system causing the magnetic North Pole to increase velocity. We continue monitoring the magnetic North Pole movement for signs of a new emerging pattern, as the 12-degree trailing pattern ran for ten months only to be broken about a month ago.
