Terral’s Project Black Star Update Report 2017 – Volume 33
Seismic indicators say Earth is near the end of the first earth change lull period of the 2017 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the Libra Constellation between Jupiter and Saturn relative to the Sun near Mars orbit path.
Year-over-year weekly seismic event values mirror those from 2016 with higher weekly totals for the 2.5 to 4 and 5-magnitude earthquake events closer to what we saw for 2014.

This week’s seismic-event values show a moderate increase across the board representing what appears to be a slight-activity bounce moving towards the end of the current earth change lull period expected around Week 28. The seismic bounce we saw in 2015 includes 533 of the 2.5 to 4-mag quake events for Week 27 reduced to 295 for Week 28, before dropping dramatically to just 192 events for Week 29, so a slight uptick here in Week 26 of 2017 is nothing unusual. However, there is plenty of evidence that the global tectonic/volcanic dynamic is changing with these earthquake events from the last seven days [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6* (5* events in 1 swarm)].
The first two are located along deep magma plume arm #2 that generally show up moving through the earth change uptick periods. The other earthquake events struck along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge that also come a month or so into the earth change uptick periods once seismic activity along deep magma plume arm #3 pushes from the Middle East across southern Europe through the Gibraltar region. Five earthquake events in Earth mantle transition zone over the last week have apparently added energy to the massive magma plume formation sending shock waves through the narrowing buoyancy barrier corridors testing the formation terminal ends to produce these quake events. While this phenomenon has been limited to the Pacific Ocean/Ring of Fire in previous years, the evidence seems to indicate that deep magma plume activity from Earth mantle transition zone is rapidly becoming a global phenomenon triggering earthquake events in the Atlantic Ocean that seem to spring from nowhere.

Earth saw six new volcanic eruptions in the last seven days with focus on the three in the Indonesia/Fiji Origination Zone [O] likely associated with the five deep earthquake events in Earth mantle transition zone 410 to 660 kilometers below the surface. New volcanic eruption events in Guatemala and Ecuador are connected to deep magma plume activity along magma plume corridor #2 extending from Indonesia to Chile and north to the southern border of Mexico where there are signs that the terminal end has been tested producing this quake event (USGS). The Reunion Island (France) new volcanic eruption event is associated with deep magma plume activity along magma plume arm #3 extending from Indonesia across the Nepal region through the Middle East to Gibraltar where seismic/volcanic pressures have already started shifting west ahead of the predicted schedule. At some point here soon, I would expect to see a new volcanic eruption event in Italy; as seismic/volcanic pressures continue increasing through the coming earth change uptick period and along buoyancy-barrier corridor #3.
The seismic/volcanic forecast is for activity to decrease for the next two weeks, as Earth moves into the 90-degree position relative to the Sun and Black Star for the [O = outside-orbit position] to show up in the seismic chart between Week 28 and 30 ending the current earth change lull period. We will see a sharp/dramatic increase in weekly seismic/volcanic events moving through September with a mini-lull period coming for the month of October, as our planet works to find equilibrium once the seismic/volcanic pressures are eventually released at the start of the coming uptick period. Seismic/volcanic pressures will build again moving through the mini-lull period, until we see the biggest events of the year coming in the second two weeks of November 2017 moving into December with the wildcard (gamechanger) being the number of deep earthquake events in Earth mantle transition zone that can amplify, or diminish, the number of seismic/volcanic events moving through December.

The magnetic North Pole continues migrating between the 2015 and 2016 migration paths and 15 days ahead of the 2016 relative position. My expectation is for the 2017 migration path to move up the chart between the 2015/2016 paths making smaller weekly moves, as the dark blue angled line (2017) backtracks towards the light blue line (2015). The 2017 migration path should converge with the 2014/2015/2016 paths in November at the minus-280 mark, about the time Earth passes behind the Sun relative to the Black Star in the Libra Constellation. My radio show interview at Mysterious Radio (MP3) on Tuesday included a surprise, as Kim switched gears and wanted information on the 911 Inside Job rather than the Project Black Star Investigation. I did my best to integrate Black Star information into the presentation, as both investigations intersect with the Dakota Report (CIT link) in the Operations Section that everyone is wise to read and share with others. My MP3 recording includes our conversations before and after the actual radio show presentation and without commercial interruptions included in the official Mysterious Radio Show version that some may find interesting. Kim expects a favorable response including requests for interviews on the Project Black Star Investigation later this summer, or in early fall once the earth change uptick period is firmly in place creating the opportunity for more radio listeners to wake up about what is coming from space. Kim is a very sharp lady and a great radio show host with many excellent questions making me anxious to schedule another interview here soon.
John submitted his proofreading results for The Mystery Explained this week that has kept me busy making corrections not even detected by the professional copy editor. The ten-member proofreading team has until this coming Tuesday to submit their correction lists allowing me the opportunity to make all the needed corrections, before shipping the manuscript back to the publisher for publication here in the coming weeks. Right now, we are still on schedule for seeing the first copies of The Mystery Explained released before the end of summer that should free up more time scheduling and making more radio show presentations on the Project Black Star Investigation drawing more research support and members to the Newsletter and Survival Group Programs moving forward.
