Seismic event indicators say Earth is ten weeks intothe first earth-change uptick period for the 2018 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the left-center of the Libra Constellation relative to the Sun. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 10 show two of the 7-magnitude earthquake events for the last five orbit cycles only for 2016. Zero of the 6-magnitude quake events for 2018 is near the weekly-event total for last year, as Earth is clearly following the 2017 seismic pattern. While twenty-six of the 5-mag quakes is 6 events below the year-over-year weekly average (32.25), 285 of the 2.5 to 4-magnitude earthquake events is 13 events higher than the Week 10 weekly average (272.75), showing 2018 global earthquake activity (311 total events) to be more active than what we have seen for the last four years. Week-over-week seismic-event values for Week 10 no 7-magnitude earthquake events for eight weeks in a row, which is also another sign that Earth is
