Seismic event indicators say Earth is twelve weeks into the first earth-change uptick period for the 2018 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the left-center of the Libra Constellation relative to the Sun. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 12 show one of the 7-magnitude earthquake events for the last five orbit cycles only for 2016. Two of the 6-magnitude quake events for 2018 is same weekly-event total for the last three years, as Earth has followed the 2017 seismic pattern for most of the year. While twenty-eight of the 5-mag quakes is four events above the year-over-year weekly average(24), 510 of the 2.5 to 4-magnitude earthquake events is 226 events higher than the Week 12 weekly average(284.5), showing 2018 global earthquake activity(540 total events)to be far-more active than what we have seen for the last four years.Earth has seen more than 500 of these key indicator quake events only three times since the investigation started including
