Seismic event indicators say Earth has now entered the second earth-change lull period for the 2018 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the Libra Constellation relative to the Sun. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 43 show three of the 7+ magnitude earthquake events for the last five years (2014, 2015, 2018) and an average of 2.75 of the 6-mag quakes for 2014 through 2017 making one event this week fall below the year-over-year-weekly average. Twenty-four of the 5-magnitude earthquake events for Week 43 is slightly above the year-over-year-weekly average (21.5) with 294 of the 2.5-to-4 magnitude earthquake events being 57 events higher than the weekly total average (237) nearly matching values from 2015.
