Seismic event indicators say Earth has now entered the second earth-change lull period for the 2018 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the Libra Constellation relative to the Sun. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 43 show three of the 7+ magnitude earthquake events for the last five years (2014, 2015, 2018) and an average of 2.75 of the 6-mag quakes for 2014 through 2017 making one event this week fall below the year-over-year-weekly average. Twenty-four of the 5-magnitude earthquake events for Week 43 is slightly above the year-over-year-weekly average (21.5) with 294 of the 2.5-to-4 magnitude earthquake events being 57 events higher than the weekly total average (237) nearly matching values from 2015. The 7.1 Sandwich Islands Quake (USGS) is the third big quake in the seven-event series (7.0 Alaska and 7.5 New Caledonia) with the next 7+magnitude earthquake event expected to strike near Papua, New Guinea (video report&nbsp
