The photographer was driving home from work when he noticed an unidentified disc-shaped object in the clouds above Jaksonville, Floirda. He was able to take a picture before the UFO vanished and said: "The flying-saucer-shaped object looks nothing like I have ever seen before in my time in the military and outside."
