UFO Recorded Flying Through the Northern Aurora

You might recall not too long ago a cosmonaut aboard the International Space Station (ISS), while recording auroras over the Antarctic, captured on video 5 UFOs moving through space.
Now, in another recording from the ISS live feed, a disc shaped UFO is seen flying through the northern aurora.
The short footage was shared by Pedro Ramirez and edited by El Peleon Enmascarado.
The camera zooms in and follows the UFO.
The UFO becomes more visible when the playback speed of the footage is reduced.
What could this mystery object be? Alien ship, man man craft, or a well done hoax?
