WikiLeaks Is Foreign Agent Supported by Moscow
WikiLeaks is not a news organization, but rather a foreign agent supported by Moscow, former US ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul claimed in his Twitter on Monday.
WASHINGTO (Sputnik) — WikiLeaks has released in 17 batches this month thousands of emails between Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta and Democratic Party figures, including other members of Clinton’s campaign staff and Clinton herself. On October 20, WikiLeaks also published several letters sent to Barack Obama before he became US president.
Can people STOP referring to Wikileaks as a news organization. They are a foreign agent, supported by Russia, publishing stolen data.

WikiLeaks responded to the former US diplomats accusations by issuing its own message.
We disagree. You publish stolen data & in American election, have made it clear that you are overtly partisan. https://t.co/NfzHHELjDK

McFaul argued, however, that releases of “stolen” data made it clear WikiLeaks is “overtly partisan.”
Your claim to being independent would be more credible if you published stolen data about Putin & Trump. You have never done so. https://t.co/NfzHHELjDK
