Is there a Connection Involving Recent Asteroid Fly By and Arecibo Satellite Going Down?

Some very interesting developments tool place over the past few weeks, from the close asteroid fly by of asteroid ZTFODxQ aka 2020QG to the Arecibo Observatory which is the sole facility of the National Astronomy and Ionosphere Center (NAIC) and the source of data for the SETI (Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) going down. We also had a Russian cosmonaut catching and recording UFOs over Antarctica.
