Large Cluster of UFOs Hovering Above Earth, Perhaps Monitors Us

Recently it was discovered that Earth had picked up a new moon.

Here we see a large number of unidentified objects in a cluster which appear to be in our atmosphere or just outside. Is there a connection to the objects and the new moon?

Could the “new moon” be an artificial object of alien origin used by ETs for monitoring Earth and its inhabitants?
